A new brand of nappy, 'BabyHosen' was released on Minicuteture tonight and I have to say I'm pretty taken with them. Nic (the designer and maker of BabyHosen's) has made some great, bold fabric choices for the first release of her nappy range. I would dearly love to try one out but just can't decide which one to get. It's a toss up between this adorable fairy and flowers design,
this groovy floral print,

or this gorgeous raspberry minky one.

BabyHosen creates many types of nappies, however in this stocking they are mainly AI2's, featuring a scoop front to allow the nappy to sit under babies little pot bellies and eliminate wing droop, a hidden soaker consisting of 3 layers of bamboo fleece and a snap in booster to allow for a quicker drying time which has another 3 + 2 layers of bamboo and is topped with stay dry microfleece. BabyHosen nappies are very generous in their sizing with a medium nappy recommended for babies weighing 6–14 kgs. Medium nappies are priced at $30.
I must admit this first stocking is rather girly which suits me just fine and is not really surprising seeing as Nic has just had a baby girl herself, however she has said she is more than happy to accommodate custom orders where possible so if you would like to try one but can not find a fabric or design you love in a nappy she already has listed please email Nic at babyhosen@gmail.com with your enquiry. Also, if any readers end up trying one before I do please feel free to leave your comments on this post.
