Itti Bitti's Awesome Customer Service

We don't have very many Itti Bitti nappies at the moment, but we love the ones we do. The d'lish 'sewn in' nappy in particular is a vital part of our stash as it is the only nappy that dad does not have to 'put together'. As of this morning we have two more d'lish to add to our stash after ordering the trial pack of one snap in and one sewn in directly from the Itti Bitti website late yesterday afternoon. Approximately 16 hours from hitting the 'confirm order' button to landing on the doorstep. Itti Bitti's d'lish nappies are becoming increasingly popular, yet still they are able to offer this incredibly fast, personal service. It really is remarkable and they deserve to be praised for it! It is service like this that will ensure repeat customers and lots of personal recommendations.

If you have not tried Itti Bitti d'lish nappies before I highly recommend the bitti d'lish trial pack as it allows you to try both designs whilst saving over $10 off the price. There are some notable differences in how each version fits and which one people prefer differs greatly depending on lifestyle and baby's size, body shape and toileting habits so I cannot think of a better way of finding out what works for you other than trying them both! You get one of each style, plus a snap in microfibre mini booster for $49.95 (plus delivery). You get to select colours and sizes yourself, but the combination must be one of each.

I will be writing a more comprehensive review of the Itti Bitti d'lish after we have spent more time using both variations (snap in and sewn in) so be sure to check back soon for that. We have already been using the sewn in's for a while though and we are impressed! A great trim fit under clothes and a lovely soft outer that comes in a range of bold, bright colours. Plus they require no folding, stuffing or snapping making them relatively idiot (or a politer way of saying this might be non-regular modern cloth nappy user) proof. Just put them on and go! New colours will be arriving soon so make sure you head on over to the Itti Bitti site and sign up for their newsletter (found at the bottom of the registration form) so that you can be one of the first to get the adorable new colours (baby pink, black, royal blue and jade) on your baby's butt.
